1998 Buick regal with python 990.
Would this be safe or do i need to make a relay set up

Horn honk wire from alarm to black ground horn wire at horn switch or you think this ground that triggers the relay under hood is more then 200ma

It never hurts to use a relay, but if the system already has a relay, I don't see any need in adding another.
