Will the CompuStar PRO remote control work with the regular 900 mHz 2-way system?

The answer is no...From Compustar's website FAQ:

Are the CompuStar Pro remotes series compatible with my current CompuStar system?

A: No, the CompuStar Pro is a new series requiring a new install. Your current CompuStar remote will work with the Pro series but with limited functions.
