I bought a 1993 fullsize chevy pick-up with a Viper 200
security system already installed. It has been nothing but a nightmare. Does anyone know how to disconnect the alarm
part of system and keep the keyless entry working. Your help
is greatly needed. Thanx in advance

Follow the owner manual and put it on valet mode than you should get keyless entry.

Open the driver's door, prees 1, 2 ,1 (or lock, unlock, lock) on the remote. LED should illuminate constant. Poof, you have bypassed all alarm features & still have keyless entry!
