Dose anyone know if the windows will automatically roll up when system is armed, or do you have to manually roll them up with EXT button.

Depends on how you wire in the alarm. If you attach the alarm trigger ( BLUE/WHITE ) to activate the windows to roll up it should work.

Can you hook the window module to open and close a power sunroof?

Yes, a power window module can open and close a sunroof. Same as the windows, just easier to get at because the wires are at the switch.
