horn (not siren)works once in awhile,.......does the rs900 require a relay for the horn? or does it have enough juice to consistently power the horn? (i believe its a 200ma neg)...car in question is a 2004 toyota highlander

pink wire at the black plug on the steering column.

No relay is needed.
