Hello,

I am trying to add a remote lock/unlock to my 1996 C2500 full size chevy pickup.  I got the remote start working, but the door module has like 6 wires coming off of it.  I can not figure out how to wire up my unit to lock and unlock both of the doors.  thanks in advance!

Lock: Light Blue

Unlock: White

You can go into drivers kick panel or in the drivers door or the boot. It all depends on your level as an installer. The easiest is the kick panel, but there are a few wires there so use a meter if you have access to one or a logic probe

If you have the 2 door model its 5wire alternating. If you have the four door edition/or two door with keyless entry its positive door locks. Meaning the alarm/keyless system you have you can wire direct to the above wires or you can add two relays to change the polarity from negative to the required positive.
