Do I have to remove the door panel to get into the Lock and Unlock wire ?

no. they'll be in the boot in between the door and the body. . .or if you can see where those wires come into the vehicle high in the drivers kick panel

if it's the same as my 06 you can grab locks in the passenger kick or else use a TOYDL and grab data low in the drivers kick.....
