Hey,
Here is the diagram for my 96 acura integra https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/alarmdetail/160.html Constant 12V+- white Starter- BLACK/ white Ignition- BLACK / YELLOW Ignition 2- WHITE/ black Accessory- yellow I need your help. I'm having trouble installing the starter kill part. 1. "relay #86" the "ACC (I/P+) should be in the ignition wire (BLACK / YELLOW ) or it should be the Accessory wire(yellow)? 2. "relay #87a" should be the ignition wire (BLACK / YELLOW) right? 3. "relay 87" should be the starter wire (BLACK/ white) right? Thanks for your time.

That picture of the relay will not work. 87 and 87A are never connected together. You will need to cut the BLACK/ white wire coming from your ignition switch. Cut it in a place where you can easily access both ends. Orange goes to 85 just as it is pictured. The BLACK/ white that goes to the ignition switch needs to connect to 30 and to 86, so when you crimp or solder your connection to that wire, crimp or solder a small wire with that to go to 86. The other end of the BLACK/ white connects to 87A.
The picture has 86 connected to an accessory wire, most accessory wires lose power while starting. Even if they had drawn the picture right, it would still not work.
According to the picture, they are telling you to interrupt the Ignition wire. That is not safe. If the car is a manual transmission and you want maximum protection, Ignition kill is the way to go. I do not recommend it but for anti-theft it is the only way to go. The reason it is not safe is as follows, relay fails or a wire breaks off of the relay as you are pulling out in front of a truck, your engine dies and you are dead in the water. A starter kill fails and you can not start your car to pull out in front of the same truck, but you do live to repair it.
The instructions I gave were for actual starter kill as you asked for. The alarm diagram has Ignition Kill.

So all of the relay # connects to the starter wire (BLACK/ white) only? Even the relay #87a?

Yes to do a starter kill that is all you need. Is your car a manual or automatic transmission?

You want to do starter kill. Wire it up as in my earlier post. BLACK/ White and the orange from the alarm. BLACK/ White from the ignition switch needs to be connected to 2 terminals of the relay, 86 and 30. The other end of the BLACK/ white goes to 87A
