I have Viper 791vx and I would like to find out if I can use 621L as main LED or only as additon with ground when armed output?

No info on their site but looking at your picture, you only have black and red coming from the unit, therefore red to 12v+ and black to orange armed output from alarm, thus it won't work as a status LED.

Well, I bought it anyway and since there is no info on this product at all and I've searched for a damn long time. Here is the manual that this unit came with.

Yes, I know that. I bought an LED at RadioShack for the main LED and will have this just cuz its so bright and cool :). Here is a question for you though, what is the voltage at the main LED? I installed 12V but when I tested the output from the alarm it only shows 10V unless my Volt meter doesn't update fast enough.

The output from the alarm is only 2v
