i installed a clifford matrix 1 alarm .... and was wondering about the door trigger wires im pretty sure its a nagitive type so do i just hook up the green wire from the trigger wire to that ??? also what does the dome light supervision do ? can i just tap it into the light around the ignition as it comes on with the dome light

Green is ok, dome light supervision is simply bringing on the dome light for up to 1 min when you turn off the alarm. connect green to the switched side of the dome light, probably a RED / white wire with silver dots.

Sorry forgot to add this.... mount the shock sensor  with cable ties to a thick loom, experience teaches us that your location makes it too rigid, thus lack of sensitivity. quick and dirty fix, minimise the setting then increase it a fraction, bash the window frame front or rear or adjacent to the door keyholewith the flat of your hand.

I think the alarm has to be turned on before it's active, also make sure the white plug is pushed fully home.
