im trying to figure out how to start putting a car alarm to a 99 jeep grand cherokee

good, next step is do you know how to use said tools? if so, then after that you install the alarm with the tools

im putting a car alarm to a 99 jeep grand cherokee and i know it needs 4 relays for the front doors and i want to know if those 4 relays will open/ close the back doors too

They will - the passenger door module controls all of the locks except the driver's front door.

If you haven't started the install yet you should possibly look at getting a data module to do the locks and spare you the trouble of running wires into the doors at all. JDL or 455J work well.

i finished putting the relay to the drivers side and only my door would lock and unlock with the remote control so what you trying to tell me is that the passengers will only open that back doors and the passengers door,

i also wanted to ask you about the parking light relay, i put it all together but i have one more wire to which says  use the brown or white parking light  output from the unit

im connected a car alarm and the lights dont flash when you lock/unlock, is parking light wires installed wrong or do i need a relay to connect it
