In this old thread, instructions are given for bypassing PATS using a relay and wire. (clever)

Will this work with Securelock found on my 2003 navigator.
I found out the hard way that the DEI 555f does not work...

My pointer to you is go buy the proper bypass. The 556S works fine, so does the FLTB1 from Idatalink...

i also suggest that. in direct answer to your question, yes it will work, but, i also recommend just purchasing the correct module.

Ditto with the others that you should purchase a module instead of messing with a relay. Also I'd suggest a data module of whatever brand - 2 wires to the car, 3 to the remote start, and no worrying about Ford's RF-insensitive immobilizer modules.
