Hey can anyone help me with what I should do to hook these two up. I was told that in order to remote start the truck you have to have them connected, if that is true, I need help. I'm putting in a Hornet 564T.

I always connect all igntions and accessories. All you need are a few 30a relays which you can get at any aftermarket shop. Look above, there's a page here on this site labeled "relays" that will show you how to connect them....
