Has anyone else been having problems with the xk04? I've used it on 2 diff 06 explorers & it works at first but next day it does'nt work. I've updated the software & same thing. I would use the 556sw but the xk04 replaced it , so now none of my distributors have the sw anymore.

Is anyone else having this problem & if so is dei aware?

There is some type of glitch with the XK04. Did you hook up the relay, it is required...and from the problem you are describing I would have to think you didn't hook it up. Read the last page of the manual, it explains it in detail.
