I'm installing a passlock II bypass module on a 2002 Denali. The instructions instruct me to connect one of the wires to the yellow wire on the vehicle that shows 1-6 volts when the key is turnned on. The problem I have is I hven't even put he key in the ignition and my meter shows 1-6 volts on the yellow wire. I asume that there should be 0 volts until I turn the key on and if that's the case where is the yellow wire recieving the 5 or so volts?

I tink with you passlock 2 your yellow should be sitting around 5v then when you turn you key it will drop to the voltage that you will have to program into you bypass
