i have a 4 door, factory keyless module under the kickpanel, and i'm putting a clifford rs 1.1l remote start on with keyless.
clifford has
green (neg-) lock (pos+) unlock
blue (neg-) unlock (pos+) lock
and on the factory brain i have
lock (neg-) GREEN / WHITE
unlock (neg-) GREEN/ orange
will i need relays, or just cut those 2 wires going into the stock honda brain, and connect green from clifford to GREEN / WHITE honda, blue clifford to GREEN/ orange honda

question 2, the alarm has a (neg-) horn honk output, and i have an older clifford siren i like which uses a (neg-) in, and power from a 12V source. will i need a relay between my alarm brain and siren?

I wouldn't cut the wires away from the Honda keyless module. Maybe you (or the car's next owner) would want to use the factory Honda remotes again someday.
No relays required.
Just like you said in your last sentence, just connect the lock wire from the Clifford to the lock wire in the Honda, and do the same with the unlock wire.

umm if your alarm doesn't have a dedicated siren output, then yeah you'll need a relay. merry christmas ------------- COMMIT YOUR WAY TO JEHOVAH AND HE WILL ACT IN YOUR BEHALF.

Wrong t&t, connect the brown to the older siren and set the horn honk to constant via programming, or take regular pos. horn output to red lead on older siren and ground black lead, no relays at all. Chris is right on the first question, solder your green and blue lock wires to the factory wires very simple car to do. Why do novices always mention relays. Why don't we use thyristor or power trannsistor switching, it's a lot simpler. Merry Xmas/Channukah to t&t and Chris.
