Installed a Astroflex unit on a 05 Grand Cherokee.  Everything works but the parking lights and horn.

I did the solder onto pin 1 of both the parking light relay and horn.  When checked by grounding pin 1, it does trigger the relay and acctivate the lights.  Why is the negative pulse off the remote start unit not trip the relay?  Should i run a separte relay for both of them to get a clean negative signal, do they need a resistor?  And yes remote starter parking light feed was switched to negative.

Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.
