hello my 99 gmc sonoma keyless remote wont work i installed an aftermarket remote start(bulldog deluxe 200b) would not work started messing with my transmission wouldnt shift right so i removed it now my factory remote entry wont work ive checked all fuses they are good the locks work with the buttons inside just not with the remote no lights flash no horn beep nothing

you check the batteries in the remote.

yes put new batt in also should have made that clear dont think its broke worked fine before the remote start was installed

Check all your fuses - some GMs have separate fuses for the lock switches and the remote keyless entry.

Also the reason the previous remote start was messing with your transmission was most likely because you hadn't connected the white 2nd ignition wire on the truck.

i tested the fuses in the cab and under the hood cant locate any others

Double check and make sure you dont have 2 fuse panels inside your truck and under the hood. Some have more than one under the hood, and some have a fuse panel on the drivers side and the pass side, or even inside the glovebox. Not sure about yours, so go diggin! Also, check the fuse panel cover for labeling to see what is labeled locks, pwr accy, pwr opt, etc. And it may not be a fuse you're looking for. It may be a circuit breaker that went bad. If all else fails, check your connections where you spliced in for the remote start. Make sure all wiring is reaired and spliced back to the way is was before the "bulldog mishap" .
