acura 1.6el power lock problem.

Have a factory Power lock Issue on a 97 Acura 1.6 EL (Canadian Version -high end Civic)
With the door lock switch or with the key in the door,all the door lock knobs just move slightly but do not lock or unlock doors.
The aftermarket keyless does same thing.
Any ideas what i should do to fix this problem.

Is this the only electrical problem the car is having? Find the fuses (if they use circuit breakers temporarily jump the breaker) for the door locks and check voltage at the fuse when trying to lock or unlock the doors.
