I just wanted to see if anyone has installed this bypass in a Cobalt (07) install instructions have a diagram were it shows the starter wire from the Remote start going to the starter wire of the car with 9.6K resistor inline. What is with this? does that not apply for the cobalt? Do I have the right Bypass? Cobalt has no starter wire. Does it not start when it sees voltage on the ignition?

Get the ads-al-ca from idatalink its alot easier and all the wiring is done on the passenger side below the radio. It will do locks, trunk, tach, door, hood, and trunk status as well. Very good bypass also if you install it with a unit that has rs 232 then you have minimal connections
