i have a cl100 audiovox unit and need the phone number for cust service. i called audiovox- they have no number. I had this in my old car and forgot the pin. i put it in the new car and can not use it until i find the pin. i found the owner/ install manual but i need the extra paper that you fill out and fax to the satronics company. does anybody have the form to fill out or a phone number to call to find out what my pin was?

I picked up a few of these from a dealer that went out of business. I only had the opportunity to install one (I use DEI mostly) about 3 weeks ago and the fax number on the form was incorrect. However if you fax the form to 619-839-3780, it works.

Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
I have 3 units installed and around Jan 1st 2009 they all quit working. The 800# dial in works but the units are never activated. My installs are all CL-100 (no subsciption). Anyone else having problems?
