I have a Clifford Matrix 3.5
1) Hooked up red to constant 12V
2) Hooked up black to ground
3) Hooked up Orange TX wire to brain's BROWN wire (siren output)
---did the above, but my backup siren does not work????
Anyone have any ideas where I went wrong?
I have this uni (view the pic)t:

Doesn't the siren come with a specific plug to be plugged directly into the unit? The brown you've used is a 12V+ on siren sounding, the orange sits on ground and is data. The brain or siren is probably US by now.

what the heck? so should I remove the orange wire ASAP?
my alarm looks like it is working now...how do I test the siren manually?
ALso, which wire do I need to tap the orange TX into (from my brain?)
---The harness didnt fit my brain, so I had to cut the harness.
Please help!

Thanks for the picture, the wiring assembly in the plastic bag should plug into a ready made port for it in the main module, except I've just looked at one via directechs and there doesn't seem to be a port for it! I'm afraid that come Monday you will have to phone DEI tech support and get any info. Sorry.
