Would anyone here know why the car alarm goes off every time I use the remote start? It also causes the radio to turn off and on along with all the lights on the vehicle.

Just had it installed 4 days ago and the place went out of business.

I was thinking it may just need to be reset, but I have found no directions anywhere on how to do that either.

Can anyone help with this?

they probably didn't wire up the disarm wire for the factory alarm
