just completed a remote starter .now i'm getting a 3 transmission codes and engine light after 3 starts with the remote.all else works fine. used a interface doorlock and bypass module.and seems to work ok also connected a 3rd relay for the brown accessory but still no difference. any Idea's

Did you hook up the second ignition, should be a white wire
