I have a valet model 561r. Everything works but the door locks. Had the green and blue wires hooked up to the pink/green and pink / YELLOW, nothing. Tried putting relays in and blew the fuses. What do I need to do? The starter works thats it. U can here the door funtion working in the brain and it cycled the relays just wont work the door locks......uuuggg

Im not sure if your having the same problem i was but try this.

The door locks are negative trigger right- well where you hooked up to try to ground that wire manually and see if your doo locks work that way. If not then you need to find that wire somewhere else that works. I found those same wires by the green clip under the dash but it wasnt working for me. So i had to pick them up towards the rear cabin by the ext doors in the kick. I tried to ground it there and they worked. Try to see if that helps for you.

trucks that didnt come with keyless entry are not negative trigger, they are 5-wire(RAG). it sounds like this is what you have, you say "Tried putting relays in and blew the fuses." so it sounds like you do not have negative trigger door locks. test for a 5-wire system, thats probably what you have.
