I have a 2005 Chrysler T&C mini van towed into my repair shop. I can make the starter work by jumping the relay under the hood. But, it won't start.

I want to find the Slealth start deactivator, but it is well hidden. Alarm fob works as I can see the led light up on it when pushed.

Any ideas where it could be located? I've looked all over and it is true to its name Slealth.

have you removed the driver side knee bolster so that you can physically see the ignition harness wires?

Yes, only thing we found was a blue wire tapped into the DCL, we are following it now, but it is taped up nicely. Very clean install, makes it hard to troubleshoot later.

The stealth security system just replace the factory existing starter relay or fuel pump relay with theirs.

Ok you already tried the starter relay. Then go & look for the factory fuel pump relay.
