Dealer installed Astrostart 2524 in my Dodge Ram 1500. Worked fine until about a month ago. When I attempt remote start, doors lock, lights blink, fuel pump primes, but engine doesn't crank. Then it all shuts down. Brain LED flashed fault code 4, engine failed to crank. Remote sequence to show fault codes flashes the same. Other than that, everything else works fine. Starts everytime with the key. Decided to check out the fuses and wiring today. Fuses all looked good. Unwrapped some of the wiring connections and hadn't seen that bad of a soldering job since I was in high school electronics class. I'm going to go through and re-solder all the connections tomorrow. Also, found a faulty resistor off one of the relays. Was wondering if there's anything else I should look for that would generate this fault code? I would love to get the installation instructions for the Astrostart 2524, just to make sure the correct connections and resistors are being used. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The code that was displayed is for NO tach.
