I have a 02 lincoln LS that I am installing a Viper 5900 remote start in. The car comes with power windows that can be controled through the FOB of the factory alarm. I want to know if it is possible to integrate that feature into the 5900 or do I have to use the 530t window module from DEI? Is there a different module that has the same features as the 530t but for 4 windows so I dont need 2 modules? Anyone have the complete wiring info for this car? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You can do without the window modules, and just go straight from the door lock module in the door  extend the pulses

you need to program the unit for the extended door lock pulse, consult your manual, it will show you exactly how to do this.

I have used a "DEI 529t"...it is a 1 piece module that rolls 2 windows up...I'm not sure there is one module that can do all 4

Doesn't the LS have the ability to roll the windows up and down by simply holding the key in the door cylinder to either lock or unlock? If it does, you do not need a module, just aux outputs (or programming changes to the door lock pulses) to those wires in the door.

It's GROUND pulse activation.

I am installing a viper remote start 5900 and I am trying to figure out the best place to hook up the 3 red power wires on the Satelite relay pack. Is it safe to wire them to red wires on the ignition switch? It is going into a 02 linc. LS. Any help would be apprciated

Considering that what those wires power, I would imagine so.

I thought the red wires on the satelite receive power that goes out over the other wires the manual states they r 12v input wires

you can connect them to the power wires at the ignition switch, they will work fine, although in my personal experience, when using voltage sense, with the climate controls maxed and all accesories on sometimes you may encounter intermittent shutoffs, so i normally run three 10 gauge wires fused at the battery to supply the relay,of u can just use tach, either or.

and the wires u mentioned are inputs.

Yes they r the 3 heavy gauge wires(2 red 1 red w white stripe)on the satellite relay for the remote start. manual says they r 12V input for high current outputs n they have a 30a fuse on each wire

Maybe I should have stated "what those wires are used to supply". I'm sorry for your mis-understanding. The wires you speak of are the inputs for the on-board relay #87 terminals, of the satellite. They power the same wires that the factory RED or RED / WHITE wires power, at the cylinder.

02 lincoln ls and Viper 5900 r/s The prob I am having is the door unlock wire at the door module requires 1 pulse to unlock driver door and a sec pulse to unlock all the doors on the same wire. I would like to keep it that way. The alarm has a main unlock wire then a second unlock wire for progressive locks. Can I attach both the main and secondary wire from the alarm to the same wire on the door control module, If so do i need to diode isolate them or use a relay?

You need to 5 wire the driver's door unlock wire and use the 1st unlock wire on this relay. Then use the other unlock wire for the other doors.

Its a single pulse 2 unlock the drivers door then a second pulse on the same wire to unlock the rest of the doors

You may be correct. However, you should diode isolate all DEI flip-flop outputs and any other outputs connected to the same circuit.

Sounds good to me can you tell me which way the stripe should go towards the door lock module or the alarm module

the striped side should face the alarm.
