is their away or a alarm system that can hook up to a astrostart model 2100 because i would like to get an alarm system but dont want two remotes or more than one system on my car.

Yes. The alarm would control the R/S through an auxillary output.

The Astro 2100 is a start only brain. It has NO inputs for door pins etc. P-1 connector

Why piggyback an alarm on top of a good remote start. Find yourself an Astro 3106.
