what kind of equipment are you using?,if you have to disarm using the factory fob, then you'll need to connect the factory diarm wire.

Look at loneranger's post, you'll have to switch your neg going wire to pos via a relay.

Answer my previous simple question, then some one can begin to help you specifically. This is another reason not to start multiple threads, about the same vehicle.

Unfortunately there is no way to disarm your Honda factory alarm except with the original Honda key chain.  The wire that loneranger reference is the ignition wire going to the factory alarm and is located at the factory alarm module. This wire will only TEMPORARILY disable the ability for the factory alarm to realize that the car is trying to start. You need to wire a relay to "open" up this wire(cut the ignition feed to the factory alarm module).  Also, when the factory alarm is set, the car probably won't start either. There is a second wire that usually needs to be "opened' also that controls the factory ignition kill relay. I usually locate this relay and just connect my starter wire from my remote starter after the factory ignition kill relay instead of at the steering column.  Now.... after you do all this if you use your G11 remote to open the doors the factory alarm would still go off. You would need to continue using the factory remote to open the doors to disarm the car.

With all that said, you have a few options:

1) remove the factory alarm fuse and/or unplug the factory alarm.(try fuse first), just use your G11 remote starter for starting and keyless. This will leave you without an alarm.

2)You can wire it as above, just don't use your G11 to unlock-use factory remotes only.

3)Change your Remote starter to a 1-button starter.  A 1-button starter will not have lock/unlock and the controller is MUCH smaller.  When  you install the 1-button starter wire as above and use your factory keyless to get in the car. thus disarming the car everytime.

4)Change your remote Starter for a Alarm/Remote Starter combo.  Remove the factory alarm fuse and/or unplug factory alarm(try fuse first).  You will now have and aftermarket alarm with remote starter.

Good luck in your decisions....

Here is the Honda install manual for the factory alarm:
