I have a 07 nissan altima it has the capability of closing the windows with the key in the door cylinder. I program the alarm but it wont close the window any suggestion.

Did you connect the lock/unlock outputs to the key cylinders wire in the door?

you have to activate that feature.

the installer just probably did  default setting

start reading from page 38-40 to learn how to program different feature.

the comfort closure feature is in menu 1 security  and item 9. Hope this helps everything is in the manual
