can i use dei module 556LW to install my remote start on my 2000 grand prix gt?

No, it will not work....the 556lw is a resistor based module, and your Gp requires a transponder bypass. Go to bypasskits.com and punch in your year,make,and model....it will tell you which modules can be used.
