I am having problems with the parking lights they will not stay on well running. the remote starter i am using has a positive output for them. so i placed in a relay. I hooked up the rs output to 86. 30 to the parking lights wire (white\green). I have the 1.1k ohm resistor on 87 connected to 85, then to ground.
The light flash on the use of the doorlock but I believe that is from the bypass controlling the keyless module on the truck.
I have heard that you may have to cut the parklights wire and isolate it from the switch to get the lights to work? If that's the case i will only have to add one wire to the install since i have a relay in place.
As for the Accessory on the truck. I am using the CHDL7-PK2 for a bypass. The truck starts and stays running. no problem there. My question has to do with, is when you place and turn the key to on position, the accessories (heater and fan) turn off until you step on the brake and turn off the RS, then they come back on is this just normal if you don't use a relay and cut the accessory wire.
