Yes you can connect the air horns to the alarm.   Are you using the light flash wire from your alarm?  There is a relay on the air horns, there is a switch that triggers that relay, is the other side of the switch connected to power or to ground?

Let us know what alarm you're using, there might be a secondary horn output.

Is that the answer to the Light Flash wire question?

If you haven't an alarm why are you asking? Yes it can be done light flash as suggested or some units have a secondary neg going horn output which can be set via a relay to convert to pos and feed your air horn relay. This output can be programmed for constant or on/off output, so now pick an alarm.

When you remote start the vehicle, do the parking lights illuminate to let you know the vehicle is running?

I dont know much about the prestige alarms, but on my Viper 791 xv i had them hooked up to the aux switch on my remote where i could set them off from the remote and also had them tied into the horn honk relay

I'm lost, just take your lighting output if positive from alarm split to your horn relay place a 3amp diode after the split band towards the lights. If neg  branch off to a relay, convert to pos and feed to horn relay, enough already I think your question has been answered 20 times over.
