Hello i am new to the programming of these remote start alarm systems. Can any one tell me the proper procedure to change the run time on the remote start on the Avital 4400. It has three settings 12,24, or 60 minutes and i want to change this. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

What help exactly do you need? If you have the installation manual it explains in detail how to program all options.
To set the run time, you would open a door, turn key on then off (to make sure system sees voltage on the ignition wire then lose voltage on the ignition wire), hold programming button until LED blinks three times. After it blinks three times, press the button four times holding it in on the fourth press (three times to get it to the proper menu item, holding it for the brain to confirm this is the option you want). Then press the lock button on the remote to set it to 12mins, press unlock once for 24 minutes, press unlock again for 60mins.

thank you thats is exactly what i needed i looked through the menus for an hour or so looking for that but couldnt find it for some reason.
