OK - well thanks to all the help on here, I was able to get the locking system to work - thanks!!!

But now I have another problem, the remote start works fine. However, when the truck starts I get the following:

TBC Fault in message center

ABS Brake light on, climate control is not functioning, heated seats aren't working, basically the only thing working is the radio and the truck running... Everything else is dead????  What gives???

2006 SuperDuty Diesel with a Viper 791XV alarm/remote start system

What do I do??

Thanks

Most likely RED / black (ign2) & grey / YELLOW (acc) are not connected at the ignition harness. If you use the pink/white of the heavy gauge harness, make sure the RED / white is connected to the constant +12 volt.

Yep - that was the problem - the orange wire from the alarm was not connected to the correct ACC wire - I hooked it to the RED / black and all problems went away - including the TBC fault error!!!!

All works good now!

You also need to program your accessory state in wait to start mode.

To on.
