I have looked over all the forums and have searched for 2 days with no luck. I got a copy of thr wiring harness for the 2001 Durango and everything has been great except 1 thing. The second ignition connection and the secong aux connections. Do they hook up through a relay from my alarm Ign./Aux signals on alarm system. Or are they used to assist the HVAC blowers? I hope this info makes sense. Thanx for a great forum.

What kind of alarm do you have? And clarify if you mean outputs from the alarm or if they are wires in the car. Second ign wire in the car will control ac/heater.

Green

is the wire you need to hook up for the ac to work

OK. I connected everything. The a/c wires are green and BLACK/ or (front/back) everything works great. But last night i did have a problem with the alarm sounding with door intrusion. I connected the door signal wires (2)with diodes. The alarm type is Jazz. New mfr out with great features. My communication with the alarm is 2way from around 100 yards easily. Any ideas on the premature triggering?
