I find it easiest to get it at the instrument cluster.

why do you need the parking brake wire? if its an auto just ground it. If its manual wire up the proper units such as 689m, or a VSS. are you sure its not the neutral safety your looking for ? that wire is negative GREEN @ gear selector. the best/more efficant way is go to the handbrake itself.

Ebrake is Lt.Blue behind the inst. cluster. OR it can be found as an orange in the bottom plug in the drivers kick.

Orange is what im looking for. Thanks Kartune (and all feedback). Is the instrument cluster that easy to get to? I just know what it takes just to get to the radio I didnt think it would be.

yeah its neutral safety. and its manual. i saw somewhere it said that it was in the drivers kick and since everything is over there i dont wanna pull off the center console. Thanks all.

You can access the instrument cluster in the same process to remove the radio. Remove panel below steering column, remove one hidden screw behind removed panel, pop off panel around instrument cluster, remove four screws around instrument cluster and it pulls out.
