Just wondering where is the extra sensor port in this alram at? I've looked at it and I cant seem to find it on there. I see there are 2 ports on there but one is used for the bypass deal and the other i'm not sure but it's being used as well. Those or the 2 ports on the side. But I didn't see any 4 pin ports on top of the alarm unless I missed it? I dont want to take it back to the dealer just to add this senor thats going to cost well over 70 dollars to have them install it when I can do it on my own. THanks guys.

I've just read the instalation instructions, it lists but the diagrammes don't show the optional sensor port. It will be a 4 pin differently shaped socket to the D2D and Bitwriter inputs. If you can find it bjust plug in and set up 508d etc. All DEI's accessory sensors will simply plug in. If you can't find it wire as follows:- Join green and blue to blue trunk contact, diodes with bands away from alarm to separate the wires, (sensor's blue and green 1 diode, alarm's blue other diode then join.red to red and black to the orange armed output.

i am interested in something similar to this. I have a 5901 installed now and a 506T is installed with it. I would like to add a 508D but not sure how to add it in. No sense in me paying someone to do it.

One of those pictures should show a picture of the brain. Thanks for helping me out. But if you dont have time to do all of that I understand.

Saw one on ebay but it's the wrong side, I'm guessing it's the same side as the antenna plug. We won't have them in the UK (the frequency is slap in the middle of our cell phones) so I've never actually seen one.

You're using links to ebay. They do not allow this here. Instead use the link to the photo. https://stereogirl76.com/5901.jpg------------- Ideal - cmon dude, add to topics in a useful manner, not stuff that is obvious.
Story - Phzzzt! Hey, what happened?! ... Isn't it obvious?
Moral - Never dismiss the obvious.

We don't have that unit here apparently the 900mhz frequency messes with the cell phones and our digital cordless....so THEY say. I think they just want to get the remotes right before they launch in Europe. Will the original owner please come back from retirement take back and relaunch Clifford? Its cousins over here have 2 sensor ports, I haven't handled one yet, the full install manual doesn't show a sensor port on the diagramme and neither does that photo, although it mentions it in the instal manual. Does or has any one installed one and knows?

Thanks guys for all your help but went to the dealer where I had it installed and asked them where it was. It's on the right hand side of the unit. Where the wires are really thick. on the buttom. Thanks again for all your help.
