posted_image We brought a keyless entry system for our 1997 (R) ford ka because it only now unlocks from the passangers side, it dose lock from both side. i think there is something come away in the drivers door because when you try to unlock from there its like there is nothing there. we tried to connect the wireing as shown but we must be missing something.

When all connected as instructed it just keeps locking/unlocking all buy itself,  I hope by showing you the diagram in the book for the car and the diagram we got with the keyless entry system you may know better than us.

On one of the factory motors the internal switch has failed you need to change one probably the driver's side.

Just been thinking, if you can lock tboth the doors from the factory side, a decent keyless entry system or alarm should still work.
