I have a prostart 3471TW & ADS-DLSL HA bypass module. When attempting to remote start, I get a 12V reading on the ignition wire but nothing on the starter wire. It will not even crank. The lights flash 3 times after failing, which doesn't mean anything relevant according to the manual. Anyone have ideas?

Is this the car's starter wire or the R/S is this a manual  with a clutch switch?  Try it with the key in the ignition, short of R/S failure or fuse blow check them, on the starter input it does sound like by-pass failure.

3 slow flashes = the module did not detect a tach signal.

Make sure you connect the right tach wire ( blue ) the tach programming before attempt a remote start.

I would do the take over test. Start the car with the key as usual, while the car is running, press start on your remote, wait till you hear a couple of clicks from the rs unit, remote the key. If the car stays running then you know that you had the right tach signal and of course, the bypass is also working.
