ultra start u4285, u4271m differences?

I had a u4366m from ultra start in a manual transmission vehicle for the past 2 years and it has served me well. I like ultra start because I always lease manual transmission vehicles and they make systems which are manual compatible for safety. Basicly I want to know the difference between the u4271m and the u4285. I think the u4285 is a newer model but the problem is that it doesn't seem like anyone has it in the manual tranny model. The u4271 which is available in abundance in manual transmission specific models seems to be more similar to the u4366 which is an older model yet they advertise it as having the 1 mile range of the 4285.
What do you guys think?
