I installed a remote start in this vehicle and worked fine but after leaving the vehicle armed and locked, and came back in 15 to 20 minutes I attempted to remote start it, all I heard is the ignition turn on but no crank. But after putting the key back in the key cylinder, then taking the key back out, then and there it remote starts fine. But after another 15 -20 minutes later once again no remote start.

P.S I installed a Prestige aps-997 with an Idatalink interface(ADS-TBSL PL)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.Alex.

check over you bypass wiring that would be the culprit if the ignition is turning on but no crank

also check to see if the start wire has 12 volts on crank if not your brain mught be defective

at least that is a start

Lights on and no crank is a sign of bypass problems for sure. There are two ways to wire the Idatalink, did you the pickup ring? The instructions are clear and need to be followed to a tee....
