SO I'm installing a Compustar P2W9000R and the brain is the CM4000 manual here. I'm a little confused on a couple of things. First, I can't figure out for sure what the 2, factory default, AUX output wires are. Can someone tell me from looking at the manual. It doesn't specify which wires.

Second, I'm using the key wrap method to bypass the transponder and I'm just checking to see if I have this right. I believe I connect the wire coming off of 86 on the relay to the key sense wire on the brain which is pin 10 on CN3. Next I think I connect 85 on the relay to the status/ground wire pin 9 on CN3. BUT, I think I need to reverse the polarity of this wire so that it sends a positive output instead of a negative.

OK so I got a chance to install the RS today and I must have it wrong because the car will try to remote start but will shut off after a second. I must have the bypass wired up incorrectly. Can anyone help me figure out which wires go where?

the aux wires from the compustar brain do not need to be hooked up.

85 on gwr is ok, if 86 is wired to 12v.  explain how your running your bypass in more detail thou.

ok, i figured out the bypass, I had the wrong wire hooked up so I got that working. I still don't know what the AUX wires are. I know I don't need to hook them up but i'd like to install a rolldown module and hook one to the rear defrost.

ok for the rear defrost, hook one of the aux wires to the white wire at the back of the rear defost switch

harness.  your going to have to test how your car works, but usually just a 1 second pulse to turn on the

switch will do the trick, if not, run a 8 minute ground pulse.

Look at your POC's (Programmable Output Channels) You can program any one of those wires you did NOT use to AUX1 or AUX2. You will need a 0p500 for that.
