Trying not to sound totally stupid, but can someone give me a quick course in how to read a voltmeter. I have always used a test light when installing remote starters and it has always worked, but now that I am getting into newer vehicles and many more installs I would rather use a voltmeter.I did search for this subject, however did not find anything. All help is appreciated!

Thanks, Kim

Notice the blue arrows on the side of each picture of the meter.  You can click the arrow to move to the next demo.

The demos there are very basic, if you have any other questions about other functions not covered there, let us know.  I am sure somebody here may have a little actual hands on meter experience and be able to help you more.
