Hooked up a Vampire combo system today and I remotely started it and after a while I pressed the brake and the horn started and could not get it to stop so I had to unplug it from the module Just before the horn started.I heard something click and I never could never get the trunk relay or power door lock relays to work.It seems as if it may be stuck in some kind of mode? Anyone know what couldve happened Any help would be appreaciated thanks

Sounds like your connected to the horn wire instead of the brake wire. Double check all your wiring with a meter even if you have done so already. Anytime something screwy like that happens, it's almost always a wrong wire that I swore up and down I had right. Good Luck.

Are you using the horn as part of the alarm or is it not supposed to be connected to the system? Is the horn blowing constant or pulsing on and off as if the alarm was triggered? The alarm brake input is connected to a Green with Red stripe right?

No,For the brake light,I used the solid green as it has power only when the brake is applied.The GREEN/ red has power at all times.The module has a place to hook the horn to and yes it does blow constantly when wired up I just went and hooked up the shock sensor and moved it and the sirene didnt even go off.The park lights started flashing as if the alarm went off Any ideas?

Are you using a relay to actuate the horn or running it directly from the alarm's output wire. If you do not use a relay for it, the horn will draw too much current from the output and stay stuck on. It only outputs about 200 mA of current that's why the relay would be neccesary. Just an idea.
