I installed a Ultra Start remote starter on my 2004 Dodge Ram and now the power locks don't work. I initially hooked up the locks with the relays and resistors and they didn't work so I unhooked those and figured I would just use the factory remote, but the locks still don't work. Even the lock switch in the truck doesn't work correctly. It will lock all of the doors except the drivers door and will not unlock any of them. I know the Dodge vehicles wont lock if you have the key in the ignition so is it possible that I tied into a wire for that in my steering column? The remote starter works great but I would sure like to have power locks again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely you blew a fuse on the car side

The door lock system is multiplexed. Chances are you damaged the BCM somehow. Meter the wire at the junction connector at the driver's kick panel and tell us what it reads at rest, when locked and when unlocked.
