2003 jeep grand cherokee

I have a clifford 50.7 same as a ciper 5901

using a db-jdlp jeep D/L alarm with bypass form omega research

I noticed when I activate a remote start, the doors will unlocked automatically although the engine will dies and siren sounds if the doors are opened without disarming the alarm.

Is there a way for Viper to use the locking system in option 1 without unlocking the door when it is remote started?

Some starter send unlock pulse ( or disarm pulse ) to disarm the factory alarm to allow car to start without setting off the factory alarm ( horn honk ). Usually, there is second lock pulse after stat to rearm. Look for rearm wire and hook up.
