I was wondering my alarm system has a ground-when-armed output. I want to add both a starter kill and an flashing led I bought (not the led that comes with the alarm).

Do I need a diode to put them 2 together? If yes, what type do I need?

Thanks!

Yes, you will need to diode isolate everything on the ground when armed wire.  If not, you will get feedback through the starter kill relay coil that will cause your other accessories to think the alarm is armed whenever the vehicle is off.

you will need two one amp diodes connected with the striped bar facing the ground when armed wire.

Thanks.

Now, I have lots of accessories such as LED flashing light, trunk popper, starter kill, and etc., that I want to add that require a 12V source. I was wondering if all those accessories can connect to the 12V wire that came with the alarm system with the fuse.

Thanks!

You should be able to no problem.
