The Clifford AG4 in my 99 Ford Contour (manual transmission) has been actually strange lately.  I'll put in the sequence to tell it I'm going to arm it for remote start (Level shift X 2, button 3) and the relays in the AG4, Intellistart 4, and for the clutch bypass will click in, then in about 3 seconds, they'll all click back out again, leaving the car not idleing under the Avantguard.  What would cause these relays to engage, then in about 3 seconds they disengage?  Thanks for the help.

Look to the light flash sequence, or more specifically, hood switch or whatever you are using for NSS, such as parking brake. I once had a parking brake switch fail which held the unit off.

Sorry to be more specific, you are looking for a) Ground on NSS (blue/green)  b) Not ground at hood switch (WHITE/ black)  c)No voltage coming up at brake switch (blue/white).  One other possibility, recheck your tach programming.
